Liam's story
Liam started in property the practical way, renovating and refurbishing houses, mostly across the Midlands. Ten years of that work taught him what a house really costs to put right, which jobs add rent and which only add expense, and what a survey can miss.
For the last three years he has used that knowledge to find investment property for other investors, first under earlier business names and, from 2026, as L.A.T Property Investments Ltd. Along the way he has been mentored by experienced investors, and the aim has stayed the same: a simple, honest service for new and experienced investors alike.
