Is the first call free?
Yes. The first conversation about your budget, goals and areas is free and carries no obligation. If you want us to start searching, we set out our sourcing fee in written terms first, and it is payable only if a purchase completes.
Do I need a clear plan before I get in touch?
No. Many investors start with a budget and a rough idea of what they want the property to do for them, such as monthly income or long-term growth. Put what you know in the form and Liam will help you shape the rest on the first call.
Can we meet in person?
Most first conversations are by phone or video call, which suits investors wherever they live. If you would prefer to meet, say so in your enquiry.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually within one working day, and often sooner. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, for example a property going to auction, say so in your message and include your phone number so Liam can call you back.
